The Maurizio Bellina Thesis Prize in Medieval Latin Literature and Philology

As part of its broad, structured programme to support studies in medieval culture, the FEF offers the Maurizio Bellina Prize for an exceptional Master's or Doctoral Thesis in the field of medieval Latin literature and philology. The prize is conferred to commemorate Ezio Franceschini's nephew, the son of his sister Anna Maria, as well as in her memory, as founder of the FEF.

The prize, with a gross value of € 1.500,00, is reserved for Italian graduates who have defended their thesis in the three years (according to the academic calendar) preceding the publication of the competition. In the case of a tie, the prize may be awarded in both categories.
